Please arrive one day before your appointment date. Or you can come in the morning and make sure you are at the Econo Lodge front desk no later than 11:30 am, on the day of appointment. ( This is because of the new appointment time 1:00 pm, and not 8:00 am.) The hotel will pick you up at the Airport, even if you come in the morning.

The Econo Lodge Hotel is located 5 minutes away from the airport, with a free shuttle service.( You need to make a reservation in advance.)

Normally it`s taking 2 days to get visa, you`ll stay one night in El Paso (optional) and one night in Mexico. Usually you are back in US on the following day from your appointment date, around 5:00 pm. (Any return flight arrangement should be after 5:30 pm.)

Mexico Hotel, Holiday Inn-Lincoln (with outdoor swimming pool). Make a reservation in advance through the internet using the Link at the bottom of this page. For a special rate. (about $80 dlls). You can always cancel your reservation before 6:00 pm. (no charge)

After you have made an appointment with the US consulate in Cd. Juarez, Mexico you need to mail the following (#1. & #2.) information to:
Victor Garcia, 3830 Oxford Ave, El Paso, TX. 79903.

#1. Please send $140.00 dlls. (per aplicant) to cover the US Consulate Visa application fee, and $60 dlls (per adult) to cover transportation and getting the bank receipt. Payable to Victor Garcia, a total of $200 dlls MONEY ORDER or CASHIER'S CHECK.

#2. Plese send copy of appointment letter, first page only or (date of appointment). Include your phone #, e-mail ID and your passport # on a separate sheet of paper.

NOTE: " Please DO NOT send PERSONAL checks " *****

Note: Application fee needs to be paid for each person who is applying for any type of visa except the people who are applying for an immigrant visa. As soon as we receive your information, we will let you know.

NOTE: We need to receive your information at least one week before your appointment date. (2-3 days in advance mon-fri.)

Please send your info, #1 & #2 by Fed Ex, Express Mail or Priority mail. UPS, DHL, etc.

10. Appointment letter for visa (If you don't have the appointment letter, reference number is OK.
11. Federal and State Tax return and W-2 forms.

1. Offer letter from your employer stating date of employment and salary information.
2. Original degree and transcripts
3. Passport with I-94. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
4. EAD card (Employment Authorization Document)
5. DS156 application form with one passport size photo (Two DSF156 and two photos for following countries: Cuba, North Korea, People's Republic of China, Russia and Vietnam.)
6. Appointment letter for visa (If you don't have the appointment letter, reference number is OK.
7. I-20
8. Federal and State Tax return and W-2 forms.
9. Company information if available, type in a great quote from the journal that lifts the profile of your company and products.

5. Letter of admission to the program

8. Copy of your spouse's H1B approval (I-797)
9. Letter from your spouse's employer confirming the employment
10. Marriage certificate
11. Tax return since you are filing together
